Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE: An email requesting an exchange MUST be sent and approved by an Annia Louisa orders assistant prior to shipping your exchange. Email orders@annialouisa.com and include your name, order number, and purchase total.
Merchandise Returns must be sent to Annia Louisa and Co designated return address (see below) within 14 days from arriving at customer’s shipped-to address.
Exchanges of approved returns are promptly filled once return is received.
No refunds, but exchanges are accepted or a credit in the form of an Annia Louisa & Co. gift card can be requested for all items on our website.
Returned Merchandise must have original tags in place, and must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
Cancellation of orders 48 hours after order placed will be charged 10% of order for cancellation and credit card fees and restock.
We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for exchanges as it is directly paid to our providers.

Annia Louisa & Co. ships with USPS, FedEx Ground, UPS or DHL Express
Most orders are processed in 48 hours of (if they are placed on a weekday) being placed and ships in 2-4 (business days) of being placed. Orders made during holiday seasons can impact customer actual reception.
Estimated shipping dates are totally reflective of shipping service.
