A Moment That Defined the Journey
February 13th marked a defining moment for Annia Louisa—one that felt both surreal and deeply affirming. What unfolded at New York Fashion Week was more than a runway show; it was the culmination of vision, resilience, and a story rooted in love, legacy, and purpose. From backstage anticipation to the final walk under the lights, every detail reflected how far the brand has come—and where it is destined to go.
A Tribute That Opened the Night
The evening opened with a powerful and emotional runway introduction video, paying homage to my mother, Cynthia Hightower-Jenkins, my co-founder and the heart behind Annia Louisa. Her presence continues to live within every print, every design, and every step forward. Sharing that moment on such a global stage was both grounding and deeply meaningful—a reminder that this journey was never mine alone.
Introducing the Kyoto Collection — Spring/Summer
As the lights lifted, we unveiled our newest destination: the Kyoto Collection, arriving this Spring/Summer. Inspired by the quiet elegance and cultural richness of Kyoto, this collection introduces a refined expression of travel through flowing silhouettes, intricate detailing, and a palette that embodies both softness and strength. Each piece captures a sense of serenity and sophistication, inviting our collectors into a new chapter of the Annia Louisa world.
The Evolution: Resort Evening
This season also marked the introduction of something entirely new—Resort Evening. With this evolution, Annia Louisa expands beyond daytime resort wear into elevated, formal expression. These are gowns designed for the collector who moves seamlessly from destination to occasion—pieces that carry the essence of travel into black-tie moments. Resort Evening represents a natural progression of the brand, where luxury, storytelling, and presence meet in their most elevated form.
An Elevated Touch: AND-MADE Jewelry
Elevating the runway experience even further was our collaboration with AND-MADE, who handcrafted custom jewelry for each model. Every piece was thoughtfully designed to complement the individuality of each look, adding a layer of artistry and intention that made each moment on the runway feel even more personal. The craftsmanship and detail of these accessories beautifully mirrored the essence of Annia Louisa—where every element tells a story.
A Times Square Moment
One of the most unforgettable moments of the entire experience was seeing the Annia Louisa Collection featured on billboards in Times Square. To witness the brand illuminated in one of the most iconic locations in the world was truly awe-inspiring. What once began as an idea has now taken its place on a global stage—a moment filled with gratitude, confirmation, and quiet celebration.
The Power of Our Collectors
Equally powerful was the energy within the room. To see our collectors in the audience—those who have supported the brand from the beginning—alongside new faces discovering Annia Louisa for the first time, created an atmosphere that was electric. Meeting new collectors, reconnecting with our community, and sharing in that collective excitement is what continues to fuel the brand’s purpose.
From Runway to Sold Out
And just as quickly as the runway concluded, the response followed—collections began selling out. It was a beautiful reminder that Annia Louisa is not simply worn, but experienced. Each piece becomes a passport, each print a destination, and each collection a continuation of a journey we are all taking together.
The Journey Continues
New York Fashion Week on February 13th was not just a moment—it was a milestone. A declaration of growth, evolution, and global expansion. And while it was a powerful chapter, it is only the beginning of what is to come.
To every collector who has supported, believed, and traveled with us—thank you.
The next destination awaits.
Annia Louisa
A destination in every print.
